Our Story

Hi there! My name is Kaitlin. I am a mom of 3, Health Care Aide, and small business owner. I live on a small hobby farm which also keeps me very busy!

This little business was a seed in my mind for a number of years before taking the leap in 2023. I dreamt of starting a private homecare business when I saw how the health care system in Manitoba was struggling in recent years.

My healthcare experience began in 2009 with taking the Health Care Aide course at Red River College followed by over a decade working at Foyer Notre Dame (long term care), St Claude Pavillion (long term care), Provincial Homecare as well as taking a variety of Nursing related courses. 

Providing home care is more than just our work, it’s our calling. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel supported, respected, and truly cared for in their own homes. To me, the heart of great care is in the relationships we build - between staff and clients. Connections built in trust, compassion, and empathy.
